Cancel installation

Hi
I'm waiting to cancel my installation.. this is about the 5th time it's been rescheduled. I'm not waiting any longer .so please inform me how to do this so I can go else where and how long it will take tpg to refund me thanks

We are sorry to know that you are having issues with the service installation and considering cancelling the service, @emmaangella .

 

Please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.

Please cancel it now and reimbursed me thanks I'm done with tpg for good!
