Connect my NBN

Hi recently had a technician come to install my NBN, he wasn’t able to, so now I have been waiting to see what happens next with no answer to any of my emails, the NBN is for a business so i need it to run properly,Please get back to me regarding what is happening before I cancel the service I’m not getting.
Very quick to take my money but not very quick to help with any questions.
