Connection & Damaged/Missing equipment

I’ve just paid $199 to get connected however I was sent an email explaining what is needed for install, upon checking the connection box I’ve discovered that equipment is missing and a part of power supply equipment is also missing. I’m concerned about how I’m supposed to get this fixed with the current covid situation? I feel like I’ve just wasted money and I can’t get in contact with anyone.

Hi tiptoes93,

 

I am checking your installation process, in order to repair /replace the NBN box. A technnician will need to access to premises to do it.
