I have been experiencing constant dropouts on my FTTB connection. We end up turning the modem off and on multiple times a day. But that's also not helping now.

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd love to help and get to the bottom of this, send us your accoutn details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with further test and investigation.
