In the last few months, I've been getting slow speed and constant drop outs while using the FTTB service. The speed goes around 20mbps and disconnection varies from 5 - 10 mins. Is that a way to resolve this? Thank you
We are sad to know that you're having difficulty with the speed of your service. We ran initial test on your connection and it shows connected for 23h 27m and getting a passing speed on the line.
