Disconnecting internet

I installed new modem today, but i can't using the internet. It keep show me whole day this message "Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured"
Can you please help me?

Hi @jang82978297, try to reset the modem. Look for the small RESET button at the back then push and hold it down. The modem will re-attempt to auto-configure. If you still get the same message, try to do the manual configuration.

I already tried to reset several times but it is not still working at all.
