So the technician was supposed to come today, but at the time of my appointment I called and he said he got into an accident. He said that IConnect will reschedule today, but nothing happened.
I contacted TPG and they said they would call me back to organize a reschedule, but they haven't (it's almost midnight).
Any mods on that whom I can give my case number to?
Anyone experience this before? If you did what did you do?
Any ideas on what I can do now?

Hi @Hippo139, we can see that our Provisioning Team has been in touch and discussed the concerns raised.
We have received a confirmation from our contractor regarding the install date, which is on 11/June/2018 between 8AM and 12NN.
As advised, your attendance is required for us to access the unit and the telecommunications room.
