So the technician was supposed to come today, but at the time of my appointment I called and he said he got into an accident. He said that IConnect will reschedule today, but nothing happened. I contacted TPG and they said they would call me back to organize a reschedule, but they haven't (it's almost midnight). Any mods on that whom I can give my case number to? Anyone experience this before? If you did what did you do? Any ideas on what I can do now?
