FTTB - Slow download speed

My download speeds are extremely slow:

This is not related to WiFi channel this is another issue with my connection/account.

Would it be possible to verify the status?

We're able to locate your account using your Community Details and ran an initial test to your service it shows connected for 1d 31m and getting a passing speed on the line.

We would like to confirm what device is used on the test also can you run a speed test on a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable for comparative testing purposes?
