There has been no internet to my unit since yesterday morning. Called up the technician and was told that would be informed in 24 hours. Still no response. I am living in Parramatta and couldn't see any outages there. Only power, 2.5g and 5g lights are on. DSL light and rest of the lights are off. Could someone help me.
