I just moved to 616/5 O'Dea avenue, Zetland 2017 and I d like to have the TPG FTTB internet, the same as some neighbours have. However, TPG support team says there's no slot available. The building has 156 units, and I took a photo of the communication board that seems to have 176 slots.

Could you please confirm if there's any technical barrier to making the service available?
We tried the only service showing as available on the website, the 4G broadband, but unfortunately, the maximum signal the modem gets is ONE bar if not ZERO most of the time and I am stuck in a situation where I have no Internet at home that I need for home-office work
