I moved into a new apartment at the weekend having registered for FTTB last week. I’ve now discovered that despite the letting agents assurance there is no phone socket in the unit although the agent insists one was previously cabled as the previous tenants had ADSL. I can see no evidence of this. Is there a way to test in advance. What do you advise?
