TPG are upgrading me from FTTC to FTTP. I've rung the help desk a few times but never get a call back. NBN says they have finished installation (weeks ago) but TPS says NBN have NOT activated it. Power is on, The new NBN box has 2 green lights, why is this dragging on? Last call I made was yesterday morning but (again) no call back has occurred after the promised "hour or two". Thanks.
