Follow up modem delivery

I has spoke to one of the customer care about the modem order and she said she will send me an email feedback. But I haven’t receive an email from her . I just want to make sure my order have been processing . I have been ordered since last Tuesday and didn’t get any confirmed or tracking information from TPG
