Our systems show you are ready to connect your equipment to activate your NBN-FTTC.

You should have onsite the NBN-NCD and a modem.

 

Please follow this guide to setup your CPE correctly.

Can you upload a photo of the NCD status? How many solid blue lights are on the NCD?
