what is happening? i just want to relocate my tpg to my new address.. and i have got pingponged every time i could not get through myonline account, i could not send any email, when i send email the auto reply says to do it through my account, when i tried to call, the call is just drop after getting transferred.
I NEED SOLUTION PLEASE since i have moved to new place.
i still using tpg service, not changing provider. I just want to relocate to new address

Because you are moving from a TPG FTTB/VDSL service, this needs to be done over the phone.
I have escalated your issue to our relocations officers and they should call you within the day.
