Fttp upgrade

I have now had 5 internet providers confirmed that my address can be upgraded to fibre. This is an ongoing issue as all of them are on the nbnco provider list, TPG is not and won't give any sort of timeframe of when they will be. I have registered my address for tpg upgrade but have still heard nothing. I have been a long time tpg subscriber but this is getting ridiculous, time to move supplier I think.

We are sad to learn that you are considering to cancel the service due to the availability of the FTTP upgrade. We can confirm that the service has been registered for the Free NBN upgrade program hence we do not have updates yet on when it will commence.

Thanks Shane for not encouraging me to stay with tpg as I now have fiber to the house. I changed provider and it was connected within 2 weeks also your web site still tells me I cannot connect to fiber. I'm sorry I had to leave as I have been wth tpg for a long time but when you can't supply what people want I had no choice. I don't think I will be the last of your customers to do this. I do hope that the update from the nbn to tpg comes soon for all your customers.
