How can I cancel or move??

Hello

This is Edwin using TPG internet very well
I applied this internet when I started rent unit 3604 in Southbank
and the contract is at least 1.5 year

But I took over another TPG internet at unit 3905 suddenly since my close friend moved out
The problem is I did not know much information about 3905 internet contract.
And my rent at unit 3604 is going to terminate in 2months.
So in this case, Can I move my original contract from 3604 to 3905 ? and end up 3905 contract?
