How can i close and terminate my internet plan

Hello

I am moving homes and will like to cancel and close/terminate my current internet plan with TPG - FTTB Bundle M, the user id is saXXXXXX. My last date of usage will be 25-Jun' 2023. I dont want to use this connection after this date. 
please let me know how to proceed. I dont see any option in my account menu to cancel or close.
