Hi, we are in Perth and have had fibre to the house installed on the 29th of May. Haven't recieved a email or txt message from TPG to say the connection is ready for use and the status page on my account still reads installation to be completed on the 29th of May and a reschedule appointment option. How long does it usually take to receive the 'ready to connect' email/txt?
