Installation Time Frame

Hello I would like to ask what is the general time frame for the installation at the moment? I mean I don’t want official words like we are trying to do it within 30 calendar days. Is there anyone who have their installation done recently?

For NBN order, the activation timeframe is less than 10 business days whilst for TPG FTTB, it is within 10 working days however in some cases can take up to 20 working days.

What type of service have you applied for? Can you send your TPG account details privately, so I can check your order status?
