We have contacted you via chat line twice without reply and we have been on the phone for nearly two hours being passed to three different operators and then were cut off without resolution.

We received the modem/router over 2 weeks ago and are waiting for someone to install from the street to our dwelling.
We have urgent need to be connected as we have one family member working from home and two doing university work from home.
