Get online support
I thought I had activated International roaming before leaving Australia but it does not work (allows me to select a UK carrier but does not connect). I also cannot log into the app. I get error code ZVHUXB.
I think the issue with international roaming might be I did not do it right. As to the app, it would not be surprising if being in a different country made it hard to log in for security reasons.
Any suggestions how I might rectify this?
Also, I cannot log into My tpg account online because it wishes to send me a SMS to verify my identity. An email to my TPG email account would work.
