I got my NCD and modem today and received an SMS that says required me to connect my NBN modem and waiting for activation. I connect both NCD and modem correctly and waited for 2 hours. The NCD seems not connect. The lights are all flashing blue except the power is solid.
Can you please check and run diagnostics, please?

We've tested the line and we can't detect the NBN NCD box. Please check the setup and will raise this with our NBN service delivery team and have a case manager call you within the day for further discussion.
