NBN connection - FTTB

Hello,

The NBN has just been installed in my area and I have made the switch with you.

I received all the hardware today.

As a part of the process, I would like to organise for the fibre to building connection. Can you let me know what I need to do to get this organised?  The cost?  Timing, etc?

If its for your address in 3002, this is an NBN-FTTC product. Your connection has a self-install component.

You will need to unplug all phones/devices from all sockets, and setup the new equipment where your current modem is. It is self activating so hopefully it just lights up for you, if not let us know.

only i received nbn fibre curb fttc and i think something is wrong with telephone line
