New modem

Hi TPG team,

I just applied and finished the fibre to the building installation.

The NBN technician mentioned my modem was used for too long time and have existed safety issue now.

He suggested me to get a new modem from TPG to replace current one to avoid safety issue.

Can I have a new modem for free and send old one back to TPG?
