I don’t have Internet connection with FTTB from today. I rang TPG they said I need to upgrade my Huawei modem. Now I'm looking for a modem replacement. I have checked my account I have paid and I have used TPG for many years. Headache!!
they asked me to check all the connection cables if they are OK. I have done all they told me but nothing changed.
