Not able to use ZOOM from couple of weeks

Hi Team,

 

I am getting a lot of trouble using Zoom for the last couple of weeks. I have to turn off zoom and even then it won't work properly. I am using TPG with the same plan from last year and it never happened like this. Now in a few weeks, it is happening all the time as soon as you use Zoom. Please help.

Hi @ozanilkumar

 

Are you using only one device to access zoom?

Have you tried to open zoom on a different device?

You may also try to open it on your Computer if available to test it.

 

We also want to run some tests, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
