Earlier this afternoon I called and spoke to a TPG customer support operator.
I was enquiring about the feasibility of creating a second residential FTTB service (at the same premises) or upgrading the speed of the existing residential FTTB service from Standard to Superfast, with PAYG Calls.
The operator informed me of a FTTB Port allocation issue and that ports were not available for either option--of creating a new FTTB servie or upgrading the speed of an existing service.
I'm simply seeking confirmation on this issue please. I've also requested a notification if/when either option becomes available. Thank you.
