I was 'pulling my hair out' trying to get an answer over the phone with people not understanding the question. Hopefully someone could point me who to talk to. About a month ago I received a letter that TPG FTTB is coming to the building. Being on NBN with continuous drop offs during Teams meeting is no fun so I am keen to switch. I called TPG and asked about when the TPG FTTB product is to become available and was told it is not available and "there are no plans." Today I saw TPG technicians actually pulling fiber into the building and they told me the equipment installation will be complete at the end of next weeks. Called TPG again - firstly, there is no understanding in Sales the difference between the product and no idea how to check when they product is to become available. Is there ANY way to receive this information? Or one side of the company has no clue what the other one is doing?
