Get online support
Hi,
It's been nearly one year I had FTTC and it works OK. But since this morning w stop having access to the internet through all my devices(via wifi or cable). I have restarted all the devices multiple times. All the 4 lights on my FTTC connection Device are solid Blue. On my AC1600 Modem Router, all the usual lights are turned on besides the one with internet write under. The phone that is connected to the AC1600 doesn't have a tonality. When I connect to the web admin console of the AC1600 it shows that the only part not working is the connection to the internet. I have changed the cable between the 2 devices and nothing change.
Is there anything I can do to try to fix it. I need the internet to be able to work.
