Timeout waiting for PADO packets

I have been facing this issue continually for about past 3 months now, almost on a weekly basis, with the connection failing to connect for about 12 hours. Usually comes back in the morning after leaving the modem off over night. Have even changed the router, after being told by TPG issue that the router is the culprit, but looks like not.
Had a couple of calls from the technical department but, the issue manages to fix itself by the time the tech support calls back. I am looking for an immediate resolution, if not would have to change provider

Appreciate your prompt response. This time, it appears to have been an genuine NBN outage in the area which has since then been resolved.
