Trying to connect PC to Nbn modem

My NBN was connected yesterday. Mobiles and laptops are connecting no problem but I am unable to connect my PC which does not have a Wi-Fi connection. I purchased a Asus blue cave wifi router today thinking this would solve the problem but I have had no success yet. What should I do?

Don't understand. Your mobiles and laptops connect by wifi to the wifi router presumably provided by TPG. Depending on your NBN type, the router connects to the wall socket or to a NBN connection device. 

Your PC (must be a desktop if no wifi) has an ethernet socket to connect it to the router. You just need a cable (cat 5e or cat 6).
