I tried to follow the steps in the Quick Installation Guide. I am unable to proceed past step 2 since the internet light did not flash green. I am only using a phone wall socket and power supply as I do not have a telephone handset and did not feel the need to connect to the PC.
We are still waiting for our Helpdesk guys to give you a callback. Are you able to take a photo of your setup including where cables are connected and lights you are getting on your modem/router?
