Can I get a firmware upgrade pushed to my TPG TP Link Archer AC1600. I have noticed recently the wifi signal getting weaker.

If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and and complete address so we can check further and if there's a need to update the modem's firmware, we'll also send a request.
