VOIP no longer working with FTTB service Modem Change

Have just installed TPG supplied replacement modem - tp-link AX5400 Wi-Fi 6 with VOIP (vx420-G2v)

Existing VOIP service not working with new modem after 8 years working on old TPG supplied modem
