Why can't you provide the service i am paying for?

You advertise upgrade to nbn to work from home but you can't even provide a stable connection for 72 hrs in my experience so far.
Can't report issues and there is no way to contact, chat to busy, try later, ph is at least 45 min wait if not disconnected & you think a 2-5 day window for urgent matters is appropriate.
If my service is not up and running within 2 hrs, i will be connecting to another provider and disconnecting. It is ridiculous.
