We are renovating the property at which we have the TPG Broadband service, which will take about 4 months. It will not be possible to access the service during that time and our plan is about $80/month so that is obviously a big waste of money.
Can we suspend the service, or are our only opitions to choose a cheaper plan and pay less for nothing, or completely cancel and look for a new contract with you or someone else in 4 months time?

We do not have an account suspension for our broadband services though you have an option to downgrade on the lowest plan, lesser price. If you wish to discuss, we'll arrange a callback with our Accounts Team at your most convenient time. Just send us a private message with your contact details.
