Since 7 30pm 21/5/2020 internet and phone has been out since a storm went through the area. Have troubleshooter on my end as far as I can (power cycle equipment checking nbn and tpg for outages in my area). I have now waited over 2hrs waiting for someone to reply on chat support. I have given up as it is after 12am now. I need to report this issue so it can be looked onto. How else can I get in contact with support as phones still don,t seem to be named still. ** frustrated. Your ** app isn't supported on my Samsung devices. Nobody replies after 2hrs waiting on chat. I am using a phone to do this so even more frustrating. Give me a way to get support.
