I have been a customer for TPG Business NBN for about 2 years,
Over this time there have been significant dropouts from the NBN broadband,
Mainly due to NBN not TPG.
This has caused significant disruption to my business, without telephone service or EFTPOS availability.
I am enquiring whether TPG offer 3G/4G Mobile Broadband Backup for NBN customers like Telstra do?
Please let me know as I may need to switch back to Telstra, if it is not available.
