Account expired

Hello,
Due to some issues with my card my account payment failed. I paid the amount owed this morning via my dashboard. However when I try to make calls it says my account has expired, even though I've paid the amount.

After the payment, it usually takes up to 3 hours for the account to re-activate.

 

Does it still say expired?

 

If yes, please send us a private message with your account details.
