On the 23rd, I wasted a whole day attempting to deal with your "live" chat. The first 3 hours was waiting in the queue only to have the chat close by R.J without comment. Then there was another 2 hours waiting in the queue again, when I finally got through to someone (or a bot) I was told to email the cancel@tpg.com.au address and someone would get in contact with me. I was also offered to speak with someone more senior. I said that would be a good idea, but after about 2 more hours of waiting, the chat was close.

 

SERIOUSLY THIS IS A JOKE!

 

I have sent 3 emails to cancel@tpg.com.au and apart from the automated responses I have receieved NOTHING.

 

PM me so I can actually talk to someone who is able to ACTUALLY SUPPORT A CUSTOMER.
