Charged 2 Bills for my Internet connnection

Hi TPG,

  I am disturbed that you are charging me 2 Bills when I have just one Active Connection. I recently moved my home in Jan 2020, and I am still being charged for both old and new address.

 

How is this possible?? Need an explanation and refund ASAP.
