I signed $110 monthly plan for unlimited internet usage and unlimited phone call and certainty amount minutes of international calls. I can't see any reason extra $10 should be charged.
The worst is that TPG customer service never picks up phone. I keep waiting for the phone answered for nearly one hour. Then the phone is cut off.
This is the worst telecommunication supplier I ever used.
