I connected to NBN FTTC yesterday, was impressed by the speed at which they got me connected ...only they didn't. Despite getting confirmation - 24 hours later it's still not working. So I've called and I've been on hold for 1.5 hours now. Still waiting.
This feels ridiculous. And infuriating.
And yes I rebooted the modem and router!

I can see this issue is now resolved, which required an NBNCo technician visit.
I cna confirm speeds to your device are "GOOD" which appear to be above 96Mbps
