No NBN internet connection this morning

Customer number 6617239.
No internet connection this morning (4/6/20). I have check the NBN Status website and it has no faults listed in our area. I have lodged a fault on my TPG app but is there any other assistance you can provide?

Upon checking your service I can see you have a fault. I have logged a ticket for you and someone will call you to update.

Thanks for your help John.

It was caused by an NBN Network outage in my area.

Service resumed this afternoon. Thanks again.
