Covid 19 Concessions for internet and telephone bill

I lost my job beacuse of covid19 so Centerlink provided me with a concession card to use for internet and telephone, Water, Electricity, Gas so please could you apply my concession card to my internet and telephone bills? It is very hard to survive in these conditions of covid19 and i don't have enough money to pay these bills.
