Forgot to order Modem on sign up

Hi all, 

 

I just signed up with TPG but in the process forgot to click on ordering a modem as well. 

Is there a way I can order one now?

Do you wish to order a modem/router too? Could you send us your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can check the status of the application/service.
