Frequent FTTB dropouts

Level 2

Close to a week, experiencing frequent dropout in my FTTB service. I tried reaching their phone support earlier, multiple times and waited in vain for 45 minutes(this was before the chat support) and then approached the chat support and was given a queue number above 600 everytime. The issue is about dropout in my residence hence i lose the chat session often and have to rejoin the queue again. I tried chat on my mobile phone but could not continue for long hours waiting for them to respond due to other office calls.


I am stuck.


I have to WFH soon and donot see an end to this problem.
