If you’re having issues getting in touch with TPG you should try using Twitter.
I had been trying for two weeks to get any form of contact for my issue when a friend suggested I try Twitter.
I created an account, asked TPG a question and the next day they responded. What I’d been trying to do for two weeks was all done and dusted in 4 hours using Twitter.
